Papers must be submitted via the submission site at Please follow carefully the submission guidelines when preparing your manuscript.

Reviewing will be double-blind, meaning that papers should be properly anonymized to hide the authors' identities. Papers must be formatted according to the ACM SIGPLAN style, for which templates are available for both LaTeX and Word.

Submissions may not exceed 12 pages double column, including everything (i.e., figures, tables, references, appendices, etc.), and should use a 10pt font (so specify \documentclass[10pt,twocolumn]{sigplanconf}). No other changes to margins, spacing, or font sizes are allowed from those specified by the style file.

Papers that violate the submission guidelines or that are accompanied by nondisclosure agreement forms will be automatically rejected without consideration of their merit. Accepted papers will be allowed 14 pages in the proceedings.

To take advantage of the pre-submission option, papers must be received by pre-submission deadline and include an explicit "pre-submission" mention on the title page.

Authors who are unsure whether or not their submissions might meet these guidelines, or with specific questions about the guidelines, are welcome to contact the program committee co-chairs, via
